Ways to inculcate Cinnamon in your diet:1. Add a tsp of cinnamon powder in a glass of warm water. You can add pure honey also to enhance the taste. Drink it on empty stomach everyday morning.
2. Make a glass of green tea add a pinch of cinnamon powder and honey. Strain the tea and drink half an hour before breakfast.
