The package contains Black Rice Poha which is made by flattening the Black Rice naturally grown by farming communities following the traditional farming methods. The effects of the element anthocyanin in it, gives some health benefits similar to that of blueberry and they are never lost in the flattening process. You can have it uncooked so that the nutritional elements reach your body without any alteration. The aromatic taste and colour of the Poha will give absolutely a different culinary experience. We source organic black rice from Manipur and make poha at our on manufacturing facilities ensuring the upkeep of hygiene and quality control.
