Seasoning Instructions – Follow these steps before first use:
- Submerge the pot & lid fully in water for 24 hours
- Wash and air dry completely
- Apply virgin oil inside & outside
- Leave for 5–6 hours until absorbed
- Start cooking on a low flame
Tip: Cook liquid-based dishes for the first 2–3 uses.
Cooking Tips
- Always start on low flame, then move to medium
- Never preheat an empty pot
- Add water/oil before heating
- Avoid sudden temperature changes
- Do not pour cold liquids into a hot pot
Cleaning & Care
- Avoid harsh detergents
- Use the provided wood ash for natural cleaning
- Use a soft sponge only
- Air dry completely before storing
Mould removal:
- Sprinkle baking soda, rinse with warm water & scrub gently.
- Small surface cracks over time are normal and won’t affect performance.
