A traditional variety of rice, largely cultivated Wayanad district of Kerala. This unpolished rice is ideal to meet the daily dietary fiber needs. In the farmlands of Moolankavu in Wayanad there is a group of rice farmers practicing organic farming methods and from them we source this indigenous rice variety known for its distinct flavor and rich nutrition profile.
